In Person Absentee Voting

Eligible Voters may cast their ballot at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds and at the Moore Norman Technology Center South Penn Campus from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the 2022 Primary Election.  Voters should bring Identification which conforms to the Voter ID Law and may cast their ballot much as they would at a Polling Place on Election Day. The Cleveland County Fairgrounds is located at 615 E. Robinson, Norman. The Moore Norman Technology Center South Penn Campus is located at 13301 S. Penn, Oklahoma City.
